The Turkish Village Restaurants Group in Dubai, UAE, required the development of an innovative food and beverage concept. This concept needed to be designed and approved by Al Futtaim Group to secure a prime location within a new food court being established in one of the group’s malls in Dubai.
Solution
The concept was developed and presented from the ground up, beginning with the selection of an appropriate name inspired by Turkish culture that resonates with street food and the menu crafted by the chef. The proposal encompassed comprehensive branding but did not include website design.
Pleased to Know that the restaurant has been operating in Deira City Center since 2021 and continues to thrive.
